Order returns

You may always cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product(s). If you choose to return the entire order, you will be refunded any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

We do not offer free returns. Please note that return shipping costs are not refunded. If you cancel only part of your order, you will be refunded for the returned products. We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.

If you need to return a product due to a defect or damage, you will of course not be charged for return shipping. The right of withdrawal applies only if the product is unused and undamaged. The product must be returned in its original packaging so that it can be resold. The processing time for returns is approximately one week from the time we receive the product at our warehouse. All refunds are issued to the same account used for the purchase.
