Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Warranty

CamelBak aims to manufacture technical products that exceed consumer expectations in terms of quality and durability. The Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Warranty covers all reservoirs, backpacks, bottles, and accessories, and applies to defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

CamelBak will repair or replace any products covered by the warranty described below. The Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, stolen or lost products, or damage resulting from improper care or maintenance. The product must be purchased from an authorized CamelBak retailer and returned to us for evaluation if requested.

Is my product covered by the warranty?

The Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear. While we use the best materials in all our products, moving parts will wear over time and fabrics may naturally weaken and fade when exposed to the elements.
