Delivery and delivery time

Delivery is free when the order value is at least €9.99. If the order value is below this amount, a delivery fee of €7.99 will be added. We only deliver products within Finland for orders placed through the online store.

Products are delivered in the manner, place, and time specified in the order confirmation. Normally, delivery time is 3–7 business days (we do not ship on weekends). We are responsible for the products until they are in your possession, meaning when you have received them.

If the delivery of products is delayed, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of it, and provide an updated delivery estimate or inform you if the products are out of stock.
