Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Warranty
CamelBak aims to manufacture technical products that exceed consumer expectations in terms of quality and durability. The Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Warranty covers all reservoirs, backpacks, bottles, and accessories, and applies to defects in materials and workmanship for the entire lifetime of the product.
CamelBak will repair or replace any products covered by the warranty. The Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, stolen or lost products, or products that have been improperly maintained or cared for. The product must be purchased from an authorized CamelBak retailer and must be returned to us for evaluation if requested.
Is my product covered by the warranty?
The Got Your Bak™ Lifetime Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear. While we use the best materials in our products, moving parts will wear over time, and fabrics may naturally weaken and fade when exposed to the elements.
If you wish to make a claim for a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the store where you bought the product. If the store no longer exists, you may contact us directly in the same way as if you had purchased the product from our online store. Products purchased from our online store should be reported according to the instructions below.
